First, we have to ensure that our meal prep service is going to be a good fit for you and your lifestyle. You can schedule a quick Welcome Call with one of our team members to go over your current eating habits, any major food allergies or intolerance's, and any current problems you may be facing with your nutrition. 


Second, you complete your Meal Plan Agreement (MPA). This is where it all starts. You let us know everything about how you like your food prepared, what foods you do and don’t like, and EVERYTHING in between. When it comes to your meals, this is not the time to be bashful or shy. We need to know it all in order to best prepare your personalized meal prep.


Finish up by selecting the meal plan you’d like, along with how many meals per week you plan to enjoy.

Our carefully crafted rotating weekly menu designed to keep you and your taste buds interested. Standard portion sizing and made with the leanest of proteins, complex carbohydrates and healthy, essential fats. 


Our Earthbound meal plan is designed to satisfy your primal cravings with paleo, gluten free, vegan, and vegetarian options. No matter the diet or lifestyle you lead, staying Earthbound is guaranteed to provide the best in nutritional value. 

Keto / Low Carb

Very similar to our Standard Meal Plan, the Keto and Low Carb Meal Plan is exactly as it sounds; carb-less! These meals were created to be as flavorful and satisfying as the regular "pro-carb" versions. Also a rotating weekly menu. 

Completely Custom

Picky eater? Intense food allergies? Need macro based meals you can still track in My Fitness Pal? The Completely Custom Meal Plan is designed with only you in mind. After reviewing your MPA and food guidelines, our chefs will create the perfect weekly menu, just for you and your goals. 

Athletic Division

Our Athletic Division Meal Plan is where we step our game up in order for your to step up yours. We take our Standard Meal Plan and our rotating weekly menu, and tweak it towards Athletic performance. By increasing the ratio of protein and carbohydrates, and keeping the fat moderately low, these meals are sure to have you playing and feeling your best.
